The Users Screen

The Users screen (left side menu) is where Org Admins manage everyone in their organization — staff and clients alike.

Use the filter bar at the top to narrow the list:

  • User Name — search by full name.
  • Role — Super User, Organization Admin, Coach, Client, or Volunteer.
  • Status — where the account is in its lifecycle (see below).
  • Access Status — the person’s current standing (see below).

Download Staff List (top right) exports a list of your organization’s staff.

Status Meaning
Created The account exists as a record but has no login credentials yet. Typical for client accounts.
Invited An invitation is pending; waiting for the person to accept and set a password.
Active The person has credentials and can log in.
Inactive The account is disabled and cannot log in.
Self Serve The person signed themselves up and the account is awaiting review.
Badge Meaning
OK In good standing.
Caution Flagged — proceed with awareness.
Restricted Access has been restricted.

The menu at the right end of each row adapts to the user:

  • Edit User — always available; update the person’s details, or disable the account (sets it Inactive).
  • Invite User — shown for Created or Self Serve accounts (in practice, clients — staff accounts don’t pass through these statuses); sends or re-sends their invitation code.
  • Set to Active — shown for Created or Self Serve accounts; activates the account directly without the invitation flow.
  • Set Temp Password — staff accounts only (not clients). See Reset an Advocate’s Password.
  • Delete — removes the user. Prefer Edit User → disable when the account has history worth keeping.
